2189 Calne squadron Air Training Corps is part of Dorset/Wiltshire Wing Air Training Corps which is an organisation for young people between 13 and 18. They meet at the Cadet Centre at Byans Close Rd Calne on Monday and Thursday evening between 1900 hrs and 2130 hrs.This group is designed to help young people learn about Aircraft,foster the spirit of adventure and make new friends. After a short period of basic Training you will find yourself flying in RAF Aircraft and gliders and visiting RAF Units.
Sports plays a big part in the Squadrons programme with the chance to represent your Unit at most sports. There is no reason to be bored with a variety of activities. This organisation is equal opportunities open to boys and girls.
