Back by popular demand this is an ideal way for the energetic child to spend time during the School Half-Term holidays. The day is suitable for 4 years plus and involves: Competitions, judo & self defence, team games, self-esteem and personal development, gymnastics, acrobatics, funky tunes, prizes, much more…including judo grade opportunities for special performance.
Wear a judo suit, track suit or something similar and bring enough food and drink for a full day of physical activity.
